I was not living in the house over the winter and spring when the house was on the market -- Hugh checked on it regularly to ensure there were no issues during cold snaps and after spring storms. He even cleared the driveway and walks when it snowed. I was glad to have Hugh keeping a close eye on things when I was not there!
