Granville native Hugh Price has been a full-time Real Estate Professional since 2002. Hugh has deep roots in Licking County with both sides of his family living in the area for multiple generations. 

Hugh has extensive experience as a real estate professional and has been a community leader throughout his professional career.  He brings extensive market expertise in residential markets throughout central Ohio with a focus on Licking and surrounding counties. Prior to selling real estate he spent over a decade as the owner and one of the lead appraisers of a local real estate appraisal company.

Hugh has a strong commitment to his community. He’s been a member of Newark and Granville Rotary Clubs for over 30 years and has volunteered for numerous civic fundraisers. His board service includes Kairos Academy, Newark Granville Symphony Orchestra, Granville Lacrosse, Midland Theatre, and the Christopher Carlson Foundation, supporting local families facing pediatric cancer.  Hugh is very active in and various civic initiatives, including the Welsh Hills Cemetery Board, Licking County Fly Fisherman's Association, former board member of the Licking County Courthouse Lighting Committee and the annual Pelotonia fundraiser. 

Hugh’s achievements in real estate include awards like the HER Chairman’s Award (2015-2024), the HER President’s Award (2013), and multiple Coldwell Banker honors. He’s been an active member of the Licking County Board of Realtors since 2002, serving as president and vice president, and was recognized with the Board’s President’s Award. Hugh became a Partner agent at HER in 2015 and currently leads the Hugh Price and Associates Team, Howard Hanna Real Estate.
